Kann ich nicht bestätigen. Bei Thunderbird wird E-Mail-Adresse und
Passwort abgefragt, wenn man ein neues Konto anlegt. Weitere Daten wie
Servernamen etc. sind nur nötig, wenn man einen Server von einem
Anbieter nutzt, den Thunderbird nicht kennt. Ansonstne muss man exakt
gar nicht einstellen, wenn einem die Standardkonfiguration für ein Konto
via IMAP passt.

Welcher Client kann das überhaupt? Apple Mail? Und muss der zweite
Faktor dann jedesmal beim Abfragen der Mail benutzt werden? Das wäre mir
definitiv zu stressig.
