Wenn beide nur vom Gesetzgeber ermöglichte Geschäftsmodelle betrieben
hätten, wäre der eine nicht Gefahr gelaufen, länger als nur zu
Mandantenbesuchen gesiebte Luft zu atmen und der andere würde nicht um
seine Lizenz bangen.
