You don't want to bridge them.
Instead you want to bring up your ethernet port as another network
(with private addresses e.g. in 192.168.73.xx handed out by a dhcp
server running on your machine), and setup NAT forwarding so as to hide
this private network from the hotel network (so it all appears as
a single host from the hotel's point of view, which is one of thethings
their authentication process enforces).
