Let me try to understand. You want to "share" the internet connection
that the computer obtains from the wifi via the RJ45 connector so that
you can connect other devices?

I have not done this in a long time, but it was what we did long ago
with telephone modems and computers, and it was called "sharing the
network connection" if I remember correctly. I suppose that it is doable
in Windows (but I don't remember how), as it is in Linux.

Basically, your computer acts as a router, with NAT and Masquerading.
Let's say that your computer gets an IP on the WiFi, say 192.168.1.35.
The computer would create another interface for the cable on
192.168.10.1, for instance, and would be responsible for giving machines
connected to it another IP in the 192.168.10.* range, and it would be
responsible for routing the packets from and to both interfaces.
