Das ist so pauschal schlicht falsch.
Ja, eCall ist vorschrift. Und ja, neue Fahrzeuge müssen ihren Verbrauch
regelmäßig an eine offizielle EU-Stelle funken.
Es gibt aber keine Vorschrift, dass Autos Standorte, Geschwindigkeit
und Zustand von Licht, Blinker etc. an irgendwen funken müssen.
