IF it's an adapter that channels the existing frame buffer, probably not. I assume you want high resolution output. Not much market for graphics cards that plug into laptops already having high resolution screens. Cardbus, expresscards and similar stuff have serious mechanical problems. There's just not enough area on the end for a robust connection.
