I think you're right. At Boeing we used Dell laptops and they seemed to 
be pretty solid. I figure Dell would make sure of that as it was a huge 
contract with them

Interesting because about a year or so ago some guys wrote that Dell and 
Lenovo had the best record. I don't know what to believe anymore.

Oh, BTW, I wonder if I would be able to use that external monitor via 
the a dock plugged into the expansion port on my notebook. I should have 
thought about it earlier, but I totally forgot about that port. I think 
I still might be able to find the HP dock that was made for this 
particular port. Besides that, I also have an ExpressCard/34 option. I 
think there are VGA adapters for thise kind of cards.
