Die "FamilienBibel" die mal von meiner Großmutter bekam, eine Goldene
Klassiker Ausgabe, Wilhelm II gewidmet war so 30x40x20 cm einschließlich
der beiden Pappschachtel in denn sie aufbewahrt wurde. Bunte Bildseiten
gab es da, von Pergaminpapier geschützt, das beim abziehen immer
knisterte. Die hätte man durchaus auch als Hanteln benutzen können.

Eher von Besitzer selber eingetragen, da gab es z.B. den netten Eintrag
"Schustergeselle und Dorfschullehrer".

Ich habe diese Bibel vor einigen Jahren meiner Schwester überlassen,
weil sie Interesse daran hatte. Eine handliche Dünndruckausgabe mit
Ledereinband von 1924 habe ich hier noch. Ansonsten benutze ich zum
nachschlagen eher die Digitale Bibliothek (DB029 Die Luther Bibel mit
der Originalausgabe von 1545 und revidierten Fassung von 1912).
