Nur, man denke mal darüber nach wann die Privatröstereien so ihre 
unzähligen Sorten sortieren und rösten ... und wie sie bis zum Verkauf 
gelagert sind. die werden auch nicht über nacht alles durchrösten um es 
morgens frisch zum Verkauf anbieten zu können. Das meiste wird auch für 
einige Tage, nicht Luftdicht, in den Schüttgutbehältern gelagert.
