Had 14 and moved up to 15. Both were slow. It could be that Windows 
itself is getting weird -- I upgraded from 7. Also running low on hard 
drive space so maybe that plays into it.

Good to know it is my system and not universal. I am not expecting super 
fast but it has slowed down a LOT since Win 7.
