know that real Linux advocacy can and should be honest, that real Linux 
advocacy is focused on discussions of tech and not on attacking people, 
that real Linux advocacy is not denial of issues with Linux but how 
there is room for both focusing on benefits of Linux as well as noting

Nope. It takes no such special skill or knowledge to understand how 
poorly done the "advocacy" of COLA is.
