Du bist einfach verwöhnt. M.E. ist das Ziel bei Gnome 3 ein fertig 
konfiguriertes GUI für eine bestimmte Usergruppe.
Ich habe mit einem virtualisierten Fedora etwas damit herumgespielt, 
brauchbarere als Win 10 scheint es allemal zu sein.
