Aber das "orientieren" bedeutet sicher nicht, daß dort dieser Preis
gezahlt wird, sondern ein "etwas" niedriger Preis.

Und dieses "Deutschland minus x %" kommt vermutlich daher, daß früher
in Deutschland Phantasiepreise gezahlt wurden.

Da würde mich aber mal interessieren, wieviel der Preis, den in
Deutschland die Kostenträger zu zahlen bereit waren, unter dem
durchschnittlichen internationalen Preis lag.

Auch hier: Wollen deutsche Krankenkassen weniger zahlen, als andere
Länder? Oder nur nicht deutlich mehr?

Wenn Letzteres: Warum sollten sie?
