I wasn't proposing an implementation, I was using it as a device that many people could relate to for illustrative purposes.. The snow is a manifestation of the 4 K radiation resulting from the alleged "big bang". Not to be contused with a TV show of the same name. One can get the same result from a resistor at room temperature followed by an amplifier. One can digitize the result and then apply von Neuman "whitening". Problem solved. Not the best solution but *a* solution.
