Firstly that was NOT Einstein's second postulate Michael.
The second postulate was that the speed of light is
independent of the speed of the SOURCE, which is TRUE,
unlike your version which is WRONG, and is erroneously
derived by Einstein from the postulates.

Secondly no one ever has, or ever will, measure the
speed of light "in a vacuum", because there isn't
any vacuum eh!

So Special Relativity applies NOWHERE, because in reality
there is medium (matter of finite density) EVERYWHERE.

I don't think Maxwell forgot Fizeau's work, Michael, but i think
he may well of said "Crap!" eh!
