IOW: you don't own words! (in this case the word 'relativity') Since you do not own this word, you are not allowed to define, what the word 'relativity' stands for. But if you refer to a certain use of this word in connection to a certain theory, you must expressively mention this theory. (Like e.g. 'Einstein's Special Theory of Relativity'). What is not possible is the use of a generic term (like 'relativity') in a way, which is not generic. This would would suggest, that you believe to be able to define, what the meaning of such a word is and how it might be used. To do so, you had to be owner of the word. But generic words and phrases cannot be owned. Other items, which cannot be owned are air, celestial bodies, numbers or colours. TH
