When working for cash, what they do not pay is income and payroll taxes -- everything direct. But given the menial character of such labour, they would likely not even be paying any income tax if they were fully legal. Even illegals working for cash have to live somewhere. That means they pay rent. Paying rent means the property owner pays his property tax which in turn funds public schools. It is irrelevant for the purposes of property tax where the rent money came from. On top of that, illegals working for cash spend that cash. This means they pay their full share of all indirect taxes such as sales and fuel or tax on utilities (water, gas, electricity).
