Nicht nur "drin ist", sondern sie wird frei: Methyltriacetoxysilan 
vernetzt, indem es mit Luftfeuchtigkeit Essigsäure freisetzt. Für 
elektronische Bauteile wohl so ziemlich die schlechteste Wahl.

Ich hab bei Elektronik gerne Weicon FLEX+BOND WS eingesetzt, AFAIR wird 
da bei der Vernetzung Methanol frei (Methoxy im obigen Link).
