Bitte untertaenigst um Vergebung, das sollte in s.e.design landen. Aber 
wenn jemand eine (nicht-antiquarische) Quelle fuer PNP 
Kleinsignaltransistoren ueber 600V kennt, waere das natuerlich sehr 
schoen. Zuviele Bohnenstangen im Schaltbild sehen irgendwie blaeh aus.
