Meinst Du 'Häckerle', so eine Art Brot- oder Pellkartoffelaufstrich
aus Heringen, Speck, Gurken, Zwiebeln, Äpfeln, saurer Sahne?
Das kenne ich von älteren Nachbarn, das ist sehr gut.
Geschmacklich so ähnlich wie Sahnehering.
