This is actually true, since there have been no flags at all waving on 9/11.

So we still wonder, whether or not there have been planes involved. Also 
the mechanism of destruction is still disputed and a lot of other details.

What we actually have not seen is someone convincingly saying: we did it.

There were videos of an apparently arabic person, pretending to be Osama 
bin Laden, who said, they were not responsible.

So: no false flag (since there were no flags at all).
