Actually this institute is not that important. It is apparently a 
'front' of MI6 and is regarded as 'Scriptwriters of the New World Order'.

This would suggest, that British intelligence has something to do with 
NWO (possibly).

But also Sigmund Freud  is involved into something at least questionable.

Why? Well, he was the director of that institute.

But I didn't like Freud anyhow and especially dislike what he had to say 
about the human mind.
