Nein, aber darum geht es hierzulande. So können wir zum Beispiel den
Zigeunern⁽¹⁾ vom Balkan keinen Schutz gewähren, obgleich sie im Sinne
der UN-Flüchtlingskonvention (GFK) sehr wohl schutzbedürftig sind und
gar nicht abgewiesen werden dürften. Aber in deutschen Amtsstuben gilt
deutsches Recht:

Art 16a

(1) Politisch Verfolgte genießen Asylrecht.

Daraus folgt: wer aus irgend einem anderen Grund verfolgt wird, oder vor
was auch immer flieht, hat hier nicht zu suchen, soll er doch verrecken.

NEIN, Das ist nicht MEINE Meinung – BEWARE! Aber so lese ich diesen
Text, und mich schauderts.

Ich stimme Dir zu. Aber die deutsche Verwaltung tut das nicht – daran
muß noch gearbeitet werden.

⁽¹⁾ Ja, ich weiß, dieser Begriff ist negativ konnotiert und auch gar
    nicht politisch korrekt, aber „Sinti und Roma“ ist mir einfach
    zu lang und zu unhandlich.
