While you certainly do have control over the IP addresses within your
local area network (LAN), you do not have control over the IP address of
your modem or router, since that is assigned by your internet service
provider. If you have typical home internet service through a cable,
DSL, or fiber connection, your IP address will be dynamic (not static)
unless you pay extra for a static IP address. 

Can you tell us more about why you want to exclude your IP address?
Also, what do you mean by "web site hits"? Do you mean the Apache log
files, or perhaps hit counters on certain web pages, or what?
