Hi Mike

First thanks for all your assistance so far. Greatly apprecaited. Will take a look at the voltages/states over the weekend.

In the mean time I found this post about the 16 BIT ISA Card

The card shown is identical to the card that I have except that it doesn't have the T2xx on board. So as per the post I removed the line driver from TRAM Slot 1,hedgehog and the two greenwires at the back of TRAM0 and its now working.

So 1 down. 1 to go.
