Und, ganz besonders wichtig: Jegliche verfügbare Primärenergie muss 
unbedingt in elektrische Energie verwandelt werden. Wo kämen wir denn hin, 
wenn irgendeine natürlich oder juristische Person unabhängig davon sei, dass 
man ihr den Stromanschluss nicht drosselt oder gar abschaltet.

Smartmeter, smarte Wallboxen und Ladepunkte sind realexistierend. Aber das
