There is a list of Loran-C transmitters on Wikipedia (not sure how up to 
date it is though). See <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LORAN#List_of_LORAN-C_transmitters>.

Might be able to help you out with the UK one (one of my former colleagues 
is involved in the Navigation Society).
