BB kann solch einen Anhang auch unterhalb der Header-Pane anueigen.

Eine weitere Möglichkeit (ohne CSS zu bemühen) wäre ein /auffälliges/ 
Schlagwort, welches per Filter schon beim Empfang vergeben werden konnte 
und dann sofort sichbar wäre. Siehe Bild.
