Ich hab jedenfalls nix lizensiert, ich mach' meine Codes selber :-)
Im Ernst, die "GiroSolution GmbH" bietet wohl Hilfsmittel (online
und offline, APIs, Bibliotheken u.ä.) an, um die entsprechenden
QR-Codes zu erzeugen. *Die* wird man wohl (kostenfrei oder kosten-
pflichtig, keine Ahnung) lizensieren müssen. Der GiroCode selbst
ist aber vom European Payments Council standardisiert, siehe den
ersten "Einzelnachweis" auf https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Girocode
Aufgrund dieser EPC-Standardisierung (und tatsächlicher Verwendung
in etlichen Banking-Apps) hab' ich für meine Rechnungen auch
*diesen* Code gewählt - und nicht das private "Konkurrenz-
produkt" http://www.bezahlcode.de/ (*)
