It's right there at the corner of St. Lawrence Blvd and Marie Anne.

In either 1990 or 1991, the first really nice and warm day of spring, I 
was up walking that way, and waiting for the light, I glance into the bar, 
which had garage door type windows, which were open in the warm day.  And 
there I spy Leonard Cohen.  And he nods back.

I realized later it had to be a defense mechanism.  I might have gone over 
and said "Are you Leonard Cohen?" and so on, but since he noticed me 
noticing him, he acknowledged it and I didn't bother him.  But a quarter 
centruy later, I still have a good story to tell.
