Because Windows is tanking and Mac is growing.  Thus Microsoft desperately
wants the few remaining Surface PCs to "look like" Apple. But the problem with
Windows PCs is - are you sitting down? - WINDOWS.  Not the PC hardware.

Windows is a Dead End. Linux is also growing. How long before Dell or Asus or
HP or Lenovo start selling PCs with Linux installed?  Dell has already
publicly stated that the whole "Copilot PC" thing is a failure. No one is
interested.  

Meanwhile, Google is going to be selling Android PCs.  How much longer can
Windows survive?
