You can start, "Sylvia" with the fact that "empty" space has properties.
People shrug this off with word games saying that really there is no
Aether but the properties belong to "space itself". What does that
nonsense mean? Nothing. It means it's a word game switching the term
"aether" for some other label. Fact is that if there are propagating
waves, then by definition there MUST be a medium. IF there is a medium
it MUST have properties. All these things are well known, yet the aether
deniers persist in their word games for some unknown political purpose.
