I was running Windows Home 23H2, and Epson Perfection V600 Photo (scanner).  
The drivers were installed from the supplied CD.  All worked great.

I had to reset Windows 11 Home, which installed 24H2.  I installed the V600 
drivers again from the supplied CD, but whenever I try to launch the scanner 
software, I get "Cannot communicate with the scanner.  Make sure the scanner 
is on, correctly setup, and connected with no errors indicated."

I've searched for solutions, but can't find any.

I prefer to use the Epson software, rather than a third party.

Any ideas?
