Windows XP has been around for a very long fucking time and has supported webdav natively via built in client since it's release...nearly two decades ago. There's no valid reason for a 'tech' or 'network' wizard, engineer, etc, not to know that. Unless, they've been BULLSHITTING about their expertise the entire time.
