Since Microsoft serves the legal and financial communities, it doesn't 
have a choice but to keep such idiocy optional. While businesses and 
academia can afford to subscribe to this woke stupidity, the other are 
number-based and don't care whether you would prefer to be addressed as 
"ma'am" when they refuse to give you a mortgage because your credit 
score is complete shit. They also don't care if you think you're a woman 
after you've raped a dozen of them.
