As I have said, if you don't claim that they represent the same computation, no problem. If you DO claim them to be the same computation, then it proves that it isn't actually a computation, as the output is dependent on something more than the input. Simple. You have a bigger issue in that you need to explain how <H^> <H^> sometimes encodes a halting computation and sometimes a non-halting computation.
