Why "through [your] phone" ?
Why not connect your laptop to the same WiFi source
that your phone is using ?

Most phones have trouble connecting to WiFi.

I should find a scientific study on this,
but I don't feel like it, not right now.

P.S. Gas is $2.50/gallon here, I checked.

Outside of Seattle, it's $1.60/gallon.

Everything is cheaper outside of Seattle,
more so than usual, so I'm having trouble finding renters.
