Wrong.  Karl Marx was clueless about NonWhite, NonNordic countries.
Building trains to nowhere is just what governments do;
they have the money, so they spend it, no matter what the people want. 

Japan and Singapore don't have thieving junkies, no opiate problem.
Here, in Seattle, people are injecting garbage into their veins,
permanently destroying their brains -- they live on, as zombies.

We're rich, Vancouver and Seattle; food and rent are basically free.
We get MoneyForNothing, like rock stars.

In this world, entertainment comes first and foremost.
It starts with prescription drugs, 
" I can't go on stage without a little help ", then gets out of hand.

Reckless driving used to be thee issue, now it's reckless living.
Mostly, you need a license to drive, but not to live and breed.
The hotter it is the faster things breed, including humans. 

Norway has 5 million people, Asia has billions.

The wealth and intelligence of a nation is reflected
in its birth rate -- from Singapore (.83/woman) and Macau, 
at the top, to Niger (6.49/woman) and Angola at the bottom.
