Those are XML/XUL pages, not HTML, and I can modify them, to an extent;
-- in fact, I did so a few hours ago ( About:AddOns ) --
but they have nothing to do with the AddressBar and SearchBar.

Does GoogleChrome even have a SearchBar ?
