The longer messages are encoded to try to make sure only those who troll can
read them, but they are too dim to figure out if they share their public key
ANYONE who cares can read them.

Luckily for them it is likely nobody cares. Heck, I have PGP installed and
have not even tried.

suspect they will not be able to stop themselves for long... but I would
