I am open to hearing what views you think of mine are irrational /
unsupportable. Basically comes down to me thinking people should have equal
rights, that hard work / productivity should be tied to rewards, and that
special entitlements should be minimized.

True... but the Republican party in the US clearly caters to racism and
other forms of bigotry, and does so much more than the Democrats.
