what does dmesg say when you plug this in?
I assume it will be just added as mass storage.

sure
rm -rf /media/usb0/SanDiskSecureAccess
rm /media/usb0/SanDiskSecureAccessV3.01_win.exe

again it's owned by root, so use sudo.
