I'm gradually understanding what I need. I found a tutorial that explains what the input methods are. http://xahlee.info/kbd/chinese_input_methods.html >From what I've seen the most popular method is "pinyin". I installed: apt-get install fonts-arphic-bkai00mp apt-get install fonts-arphic-bsmi00lp apt-get install fonts-arphic-gbsn00lp apt-get install fonts-arphic-gkai00mp apt-get install fonts-arphic-ukai apt-get install fonts-arphic-uming and apt-get install ibus-pinyin Please, what I should do now? Thank you, Markos
