I'm tempted to say that if you don't understand C well enough to answer this
question yourself, you shouldn't be performing apparently pointless conversions
of one flow control structure to another.
This reinforces something that I've spotted historically - there seems to
be some strange fetish for using the swiss-army for(;;) where while() is
perfectly suitable.
