What you "maintin" is immaterial.

The presentation, organisation and hierarachy of information is all
important.

You sound like a typical FSF moron who thinks a pile of bits is as
easily readable as a well typeset, indexed reference manual.

The "web site" organises and categorises the information for different
people to browse, filter and bookmark.

I hope you're not paid to do any IT work. But don't worry, I can hear
Creepy Chris Ahlstrom's paws tippy tapping along the vinyl, so his
tongue will be up your backside any minute while whining about how "html
divs are an unnecessary overhead" or something equally banal and so
obviously an attempt at impressing his masters here in COLA.
