That's an odd number to test against. For 32-bit unsigned ints things
go wrong for values < 0 and >= pow(2, 32)/100.

Most teachers would rather not have to explain that test too early on!
Hence I'd suggest const int coin_value[]= {25, 10, 5, 1, 0}; and a loop
test of coin_value[i] > 0. As a consequence, since I am wary about
teaching for loop "mission creep", this would become a while loop:
int i = 0;
while (coin_value[i] > 0) {
....
i += 1;
}
