I see a large ball of what was once molten metal, with no analysis of where it came from. Of course, structural steel wasn't the only steel in the twin towers. There was plenty of very low-grade steel in office furniture. Steel loses a significant amount of its strength just before it starts to glow a dull red (approx.900 deg.F). We know the temperature reached at least 950 F because the aircraft frames melted. 2219-T81 aircraft grade aluminum melts at 950 F. Heated to a bright orange (nowhere near the melting point), steel enters a "plastic" state. Exceptions are specialized steel alloys which have outstanding heat tolerance, but are much too costly to frame a building with. I find it strange that we have reports of "molten steel" (likely not structural steel, but cheaper, lower grade steel in office furniture and interior finish materials... imagine how many office chairs alone there were, likely at least 250 per floor... and almost all of them made of very low-grade steel... at just 5 pounds per chair or table, that's half a ton of very low-grade steel per floor), yet no actual pictures of same... not even any pictures of that "molten steel" being pulled out of the ground. Plenty of pictures of incandescently hot steel being pulled out of the ground... no molten steel. Just as I said, the floor spars sagged, ripped apart the viscoelastic dampers, which removed the horizontal support for the outer truss frame. The truss frame at the top-most mechanical room floor (where all the truss frame sections were inexplicably joined at one floor... they were staggered on every other floor to increase strength) bore the load of the increased weight on the truss frame until the two 5/8" bolts joining each truss frame section together broke. This left the entire truss frame above that mechanical room floor disconnected, hanging off the top-hat truss, which transferred all that weight to the central column and magnified the buckling force upon the central column. The fire heat-weakened the central column, which buckled, transferring some of the weight back onto the truss frame and ripping even more of the viscoelastic dampers. The truss frame collapsed at that mechanical room floor (which can be seen in some of the videos immediately prior to the whole-building collapse), and it collapsed slightly sideways due to the hole left by the aircraft impact. The collapse of the truss frame at the mechanical room floor triggered the cascading whole-building collapse, and the angle at which the upper truss frame collapsed dragged the building slightly off-center as it fell, leaving behind the surviving staircase at the base of the building because it was outside the 'fall shadow' of the building.
