The C++ headers are in !GCC.include.c++.4/1/1, but you should not 
normally need to know. Are you sure you have downloaded all the 
components and installed them according to the instructions, in 
particular the archive with a name starting "GCC4-C++"?

Sometimes problems are caused by using an outdated version of 
SparkFS/SparkPlug to unpack modern distribution archives.
