Thanks again. The path was the problem. I substituted "-C /usr/share/cc65/cfg/none.cfg" for "-t none" and that allowed it to finish building. Moved it over to my IIc+, used Appleworks to set the filetype (it really does do everything), and now have a less buggy DCLOCK.SYSTEM providing the ProDOS clock. 

Appreciate the nudge in the right direction.
