Thanks to Chris for passing this on to David Snell and thanks to him for
contacting me, and in an email today telling me he's sending an upgrade
which should sort it.

Seems it is just down to my lack of knowledge of the basics. (My words,
not his) ;-)

Here's the explanation from his email as it may help others.

I have sorted the apparent resize of sprites when loading
in Draw files in ProCAD+. It happened because the RISC OS
standard pixel size is 90dpi and your scan was 100dpi, hence
the 10% difference. The sprite had been resized in Draw by
changing the size of its bounding box, so this information
is now taken into account by ProCAD+ and the sprite is
accordingly rescaled.
